Alluvial Press is Quartz Hill’s regional blend, harvested mid-June from olive groves within Macedon Ranges. Alluvial Press is a slightly milder oil than the Estate oil, but with great depth of flavour and fruit. It’s technically a medium oil so it still has nice peppery notes and is high in polyphenols. Same day pressed, of course.
