This is our original, robust oil which has won many gold and silver medals over 15 years. Production is limited and we sell out every year. The Estate oil is harvested at the end of May/beginning of June. Harvesting early results in intense flavour and very high polyphenol content, between 300 and 400mg/kg, compared to ~150mg/kg for late harvest. So early harvest oil not only tastes amazing, it’s also the healthiest option.
