This is our original, robust oil which has won many gold and silver medals over 17 years. Production is limited and we sell out every year. The 2025 Estate oil was harvested the third week of May. Harvesting early in the season results in intense flavour and very high polyphenol content, above 350mg/kg, compared to ~150mg/kg for late harvest. So early harvest oil not only tastes amazing, it’s also the healthiest option.
