About:

Medicinal grade oil - These are antioxidants that support cellular, cardiovascular and cognitive health. Each harvest is independently measured by accredited laboratories.

Early-harvest intensity - olives are picked earlier, when antioxidant levels are naturally higher. This reduces oil yield but significantly boosts polyphenols and flavour.

Volcanic, cool-climate purity - mineral-rich volcanic soils and a cool-climate environment creates natural stress on the trees, encouraging higher polyphenol production and exceptional freshness.

Traceable - every batch is fully traceable from grove to bottle and stored in temperature-controlled conditions to protect phenolic levels and overall quality.

Naturally rich & robust - bitterness, pepperiness and subtle eucalyptus notes correspond with key phenolic compounds such as oleocanthal and oleacein.
