This is our original, award-winning early harvest extra virgin olive oil, crafted from two cool-climate olive groves in Lauriston and Goldie, nestled in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges. Over the past 17 years, this distinctive oil has earned numerous gold and silver medals for its purity, balance, and craftsmanship.

Our Estate Oil delivers a robust, complex flavour with a pronounced bitterness and lively notes of pepper and eucalyptus – the signature taste of true Australian cold-pressed olive oil.

Why it’s special:
This is a high-polyphenol olive oil, rich in natural antioxidants that support heart and brain health and help reduce inflammation. With a polyphenol count of 550 ppm, it reaches a medicinal-grade potency rarely found in commercial oils.
