250ml is currently being bottled for dispatch mid-August.

This is our original, robust, 100% extra virgin olive oil from the volcanic soils of the Macedon Ranges, Victoria, which has won many gold and silver medals over 19 years. Production is limited and we sell out every year.

Early harvest. Cold pressed. Bottled at the estate. The 2026 Estate oil is the oil that belongs in your kitchen and on your table; it is robust for cooking with bold ingredients and complex enough to finish a dish and elevate all flavours used.

It was harvested early in the season resulting in intense flavours and a very high polyphenol content of 449mg/kg, compared to ~150mg/kg for late harvest oils. Early harvest means the olives are picked when polyphenol concentration is naturally at its peak, before oil yield increases and phenolic levels decline. The result is an oil that is robust, intense and genuinely high in the antioxidant compounds the Mediterranean diet research is built on.

So early harvest oil not only tastes amazing, it’s also the healthiest option.

Bottle sizes available: 250ml or 500ml.

What makes it exceptional:

Very high polyphenol oil - 449mg/kg polyphenols. These are antioxidants that support cellular, cardiovascular and cognitive health. Each harvest is independently measured by accredited laboratories.

Early-harvest intensity - olives are picked earlier, when antioxidant levels are naturally higher. This reduces oil yield but significantly boosts polyphenols and flavour.

Volcanic, cool-climate purity - mineral-rich volcanic soils and a cool-climate environment creates natural stress on the trees, encouraging higher polyphenol production and exceptional freshness.

Traceable - every batch is fully traceable from grove to bottle and stored in temperature-controlled conditions to protect phenolic levels and overall quality.

Fresh - bottled monthly directly from temperature-controlled, oxygen minimising stainless steel vats on the estate — not warehoused, not aged on a shelf. What arrives at your door is as close to harvest as olive oil gets.

Naturally rich & robust - bitterness, pepperiness and subtle eucalyptus notes correspond with key phenolic compounds such as oleocanthal and oleacein.

Light-protective glass - dark, UV-shielding glass preserves polyphenols, flavour and freshness.

Small-format freshness - smaller bottles reduce oxidation during use, keeping the oil at peak quality from first pour to last. We always recommending having an extra on hand.
